We know that free-play parameters are about more than just size - temperament and play-style are equally as important. So our indoor parks are separated by both size and temperament. The Powderpuff park is for small or timid dogs, and the Bodyslammers park is for rough-housing medium and large dogs.
We strongly recommend you heed these size & temperament distinctions for your dog's own safety, which is our foremost concern. When in doubt which park is best suited for your dog, please speak with one of our knowledgeable staff.

Tips For Choosing a Park
We recognize that the big dogs need to run free without fear of stepping on smaller dogs, yet many not-so-large dogs certainly have play styles that better match a big-dog park. When choosing which park is best for your dog, please remember that your dog may be completely OK playing with big dogs, but big dogs aren't always OK playing with smaller dogs. Please be extra cautious with a "border-line medium" dog in the large-dog park area.
For the safety of your dog, our park attendants have sole discretion to ask customers to play in one park or another. Here are a few reasons why:
- Some dogs play rougher than others. Your medium dog may play fine with some of the big dogs, but if an exuberant large-breed enters the park, we want to be sure the environment is still suitable for the medium dogs. Therefore, you may be asked for a short time during your visit to try the other park area if an attendant deems it safer to do so.
- Instinct kicks in. Often some ordinarily non-aggressive big dogs give in to their prey drive when smaller dogs are in the environment. Many become fixated on smaller dogs and chase them relentlessly. That means we may need to be more stringent with restricting the size dogs that are playing together at that particular time. Please understand if you are asked to visit the small-dog section of the park, we are requesting that with your dog's safety in mind and it may only be a temporary measure.
If you have any questions or concerns at any time during your visit, please speak with one of our park attendants. Please allow us to address your concerns immediately while you are in our parks. We want you and your dogs to have the best time possible, each and every time you visit, so please let us know if something is not to your satisfaction.
