The nature of our facility allows us to board small groups of like-temperament dogs in an off-leash, cage-free setting. In addition to free play in our off-leash parks during the day, overnight guests will receive personal, one-on-one attention from staff members that remain with the dogs throughout the night.

Daycare with free play is included in our boarding services. Overnight, dogs may choose their favorite place to nest – whether its snuggling into cozy dog beds or cuddling into the king-size bed with a staff member in our hotel-quality setting – we’ll be sure your dog is right at home. Housed in a private area of our park, our guests have ongoing access to realistic grass turf parks for potty breaks during their visit.

Requirements

Overnight guests must meet the same requirements as daycare clients, which are as follows:

• Dogs must be at least 4 months old, be in good health, free of flea and ticks, not excessively dirty or matted and be spayed or neutered (if 6 months or older).
• Dogs must have basic social skills and not exhibit aggressive behavior.
• Dogs must be current on vaccinations, and proof of such is required, including Rabies, Distemper, Bordetella and DHLP-Parvo.

To ensure a fun and safe environment for all our daycare & boarding dogs, we conduct a temperament assessment and an owner interview prior to the first overnight visit. Regretfully, pit bulls and pit bull mixes are not allowed in the off-leash parks, but are welcome in grooming, training, Unleashed Supply Center and in the lounge areas on a leash.

Reservations

The individualized attention afforded each guest requires that we accept a very limited number at a time. Therefore, we ask that you book in as much advance as possible, with a minimum of two weeks in advance for holidays. There is a 48-hour cancellation policy and a 50% deposit required. Deposits are non-refundable if cancellations are not made within 48 hours of the check-in date. Please call 214-388-0701 and dial 0 to speak to our guest services staff to make your reservation.

Check-In

Guests may check-in during normal daycare hours, which are 7am – 7pm, Monday - Friday, and during normal park hours on weekends, which are 8am – 8pm Saturday and 10am – 7pm Sunday.

Your check-out time mimics your check-in time, i.e. 7am check-in on day one should check out at 7am on the last day. Or you may extend your check-out by adding additional daycare available at full-day ($25) or half-day ($12.50) rates.

Rates

$65 per night, including daycare. Additional family members receive a 15% off daily rate during the same stay.

What to Bring

• Food - We strongly recommend you bring your pet’s own food to maintain his/her normal diet and decrease risk of stomach upset. However, you may opt for Unleashed to supply a high-quality, holistic food for a charge of $5 per meal. You may also furnish treats, or choose from our ala carte list of treats.
• Medications - All prices are inclusive. We do not charge extra for administering medications. Please be sure the medication is clearly labeled with name and dosage instructions.
• Other - We supply toys, beds, blankets, bowls, hugs and love. If there is anything special your pet requires from home, please be sure it is clearly labeled.
